Equality
Lambda Chi Alpha was the first fraternity to abolish the traditional pledge system to adopt the associate member program. Associate Members have full and equal rights in the chapter, including the right to vote on all matters of the fraternity, attend all meetings and events except those pertaining to the ritual, wear letters and regalia of the fraternity and hold office. Our crest bears the motto “Vir Quisque Vir” or “Every Man a Man” we hold ourselves to this high standard and treat everyone with dignity and respect
