Fraternity life is meant to complement your educational experience, not replace it. At Lambda Chi Alpha, we recognize that scholastics should be a student’s top priority. In order to become a member of Lambda Chi Alpha, students must have above a 2.7 GPA and in order to stay in good standing with the chapter, must maintain a 3.0 GPA. These are just minimum standards, we encourage our brothers to excel academically and have put many programs in place to help our brothers succeed, including Big Brother Mentoring, study hours, a scholastics chair and a scholastics closet full of study aids for many classes.

In addition our average GPA is above the All-Men's average and we have recieved Lambda Chi Alpha's Academic Achievement Award 19 times, only two other chapters have earned this award more than we have.
